M.D. Virginia M. V. Buki, was born in Argentina and lives in the U. S. since 1985. She graduated as an M. D. in Argentina and went through training in psychiatry at the University of Cincinnati Medical College in 1991. After working at the University of Miami as a clinical assistant professor for several years, and working as the psychiatric Chief of outpatient services in Brooklyn, NY, she opened her own Center "Coaching for Leaders".
In addition to her academic studies she is also a certified NLP Trainer, Hypnosis with NLP Practitioner, and has obtained an ICF accredited Coaching certification.
She has a vast experience in various areas of psychology and counselling. In her work she interacted with colleagues, staff members, clients and patients and hence is attuned to the issues interfering with work productivity and effective communication at the work place and has developed tools and techniques to effectively improve communication flows and increase productivity.
Virginia firmly believes that all individuals - staff members as well as leaders within an organization - , have the internal resources to find solutions to their own questions and issues. As a coach she provides the means to tap into the individual's own resources and helps her clients to effectively achieve their goals.
Virginia provides telefone coaching and training worldwide and in person Coaching and Training in the US. She provides services in English and Spanish.
